Questions
What does "5x the server" mean?
At the same monthly price as a typical cloud's basic plans you get 4 to 6 times the RAM, and up to 4 times the vCPUs and disk. The sizes table above lists both side by side.
Where are the servers?
In the US and the EU. You pick the region when you create a server, shared account or database.
Which operating system?
Ubuntu 24.04 LTS on every server. Security updates install automatically.
Is traffic included?
Yes. Traffic is included under fair use and there is no bill for bandwidth on top of the monthly price.
How does billing work?
You top up a prepaid balance (from $10) and each server is charged from it every month. No contracts: delete a server and its charges stop.
Can I have root?
Yes. Servers come with root by default. You can also choose a server without root, where we take care of installs and updates. Shared servers never have root.
