What you get
Root, or no root
Root with your SSH key by default. Or pick no root: you sign in as your own user and we take care of installs and updates.
Installs set up
Pick Python, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, Nginx, Docker and more when you order. They're installed, configured and running when the server is.
Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
One long-term-support image, kept current. Security updates install automatically.
Your name on it
The server's hostname and reverse DNS are yours: server.region.tport.cloud, or point your own domain at it.
Power and rebuild
Start, stop, restart, rebuild and delete from the console, with CPU, memory, disk and network graphs.
Mail port closed
Outgoing port 25 is closed on every server to keep our addresses off block lists. Use a mail service on port 587.
