Billing
How do I pay?
Top up a prepaid balance by card, from $10. Each server, account and database is charged from the balance every month, starting the day you create it.
What if my balance runs out?
Servers are paused, not deleted, until you top up again. Keep a little more than a month's charges on the balance to avoid that.
Is there a contract?
No. Delete a server and its monthly charge stops. Refunds are covered in the terms.
What about traffic?
Included under fair use, in and out. We don't bill bandwidth on top of the monthly price.
Do prices differ by region?
Some sizes cost a little more in the US. The order form shows the exact monthly price for the region you pick before you confirm.
